Moon Rabbit is Chef Kevin Tien’s modern Vietnamese restaurant in Penn Quarter, known for its modern take on traditional Asian cuisine. The restaurant ranked #17 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, and bar director Thi Nguyen won the MICHELIN Guide Exceptional Cocktails Award (2024). Pastry chef Susan Bae has also received major honors, including James Beard recognition and North America-wide accolades for her desserts.
